We are looking for an individual who can help us ensure the growth and profitability of the store by providing quality customer and employee support services; guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, accurate counter and treasury operations, effective supervision of store's transactions, constant monitoring, reordering & transferring of stocks; proactive team management and development; and consistent in reporting sales to management. Specifically, you be doing the following:
Responsibilities- Achieves financial objectives by achieving and monitoring daily sales targets of outright and consignor items, controlling petty cash and counter transactions, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Ensures merchandise availability by constant monitoring, reordering & stock transfers
- Monitors own and staff’s daily sales performance vs targets and ensures measures are put in place for its accomplishment
- Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing inventory movement of all product categories
- Secures merchandise by adhering to security systems and shrinkage is maintained at acceptable levels
- Ensures security and safety control measures relative to all store operations.
- Ensures delivery of fast and accurate counter service and monitors compliance of team with counter operations process guidelines and policies
- Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout
- Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition
- Entertains all walk-in wholesale/corporate client of the store on a one-on-one basis.
- Explains to customers every inquiry about the products, its features, benefits, application, and technical specifications.
- Coordinates with merchandising for all orders and if the items are not available, have it sourced out to complete order.
- Coordinates with Central Warehouse and Branch Warehouse Supervisor on the time frame of delivery and gives feedback on the delivery date. In case there is a conflict of dates, a workable solution be proposed and accepted.
- Coordinates repairs and other after sales service.
- Manages and develops customer data base of the store
- Contributes to merchandising and marketing activities; through the monitoring and feedback of the effect of any sales promotion; implementation of window activities; using business bulletin information to push sales; and the deliberate studying of trends
- Maintains store staff job results by coaching, skills audits, counseling, and disciplining employees
- Bachelor's Degree of any course
- minimum 2-3 of working experience in retail or any related field
