Recruitment Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day recruitment operations
• Support the recruitment team with clerical duties
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Test administration
• Schedule calls and interviews, as needed
• Help with initial screening and phone interviews, as needed
• Conduct reference check of potential and new hires
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or equivalent
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter
• Excellent English communication skills is a must
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages
• Familiarity in using Office365, Zoom, and Outlook calendar preferred
• With sourcing experience using social media and other job portals preferred
• Ability to work independently
• With great attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Must be willing to report onsite in our office at Eastwood, Quezon City
