Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution. Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics. Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Premiere Pro) for content creation is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to track and interpret campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging across platforms. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of paid ads management (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads) is an advantage.
