Responsibilities Format and proofread TR bids following Savills standards and templates. Update TR CVs, case studies, and bid decks for consistency and accuracy. Maintain and organize TR documents, including RFPs, BCFs, LOAs, service agreements, and NDAs. Track bid progress, client requests, and completion status. Compile fee structure reports and BTS lot opportunities. Manage centralized document control and build pipelines. Edit and format the TR operations manual. Support execution and tracking of NDAs, LOAs, and service agreements. Assist in procurement bids and compliance reporting. Educational requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or related fields. Desired Skills Strong command of English and Filipino, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly. Skilled in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in real estate. Knowledgeable in finance, accounting, and real estate principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attentive to client needs with good customer service orientation. Collaborative and team-oriented. Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, and basic Canva or Adobe InDesign. Familiar with TR processes and client-facing materials. Qualifications 1–3 years' experience in procurement, transaction support, or bid coordination; knowledge of bid formatting, contracts, and document control. Willing to work on site.
