Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver detailed solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  • Continue to grow knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
  • Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact. Engage in multiple client projects simultaneously and communicate proactively with management regarding project updates.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients and provide updates as required in client contracts.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans.
  • Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and handover to Production Support teams.
  • Oversee transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support operational readiness activities and modernization efforts for various DTCC solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation skills with experience delivering technical presentations to clients
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and craft technical solutions that address their needs
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable
