The Chief Client Office (CCO)

Focuses on delivering a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, aiming to enhance Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Business Line Success. The CCO includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications, and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact You Will Have:

As a member of the Global Solutions Delivery team, the Integration Consultant works directly with clients and internal partners to lead project cycles and coordinate ITP solution implementations. Key skills include building trust, managing client expectations, strong project management, and ensuring timely delivery.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the business analyst/project manager for client engagements, managing scope, timeline, and quality standards. Act as the main client contact and manage multiple projects concurrently, providing regular updates.
  • Elicit requirements via interviews, document analysis, and workflow assessments; develop recommendations based on past experiences.
  • Create and maintain project artifacts using standard templates (e.g., Business Requirements Document, Test Plans, Status Reports).
  • Ensure project success and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project status meetings and support client testing activities, monitoring progress during initial rollout and handover to support teams.
  • Recommend product enhancements based on client feedback and participate in internal initiatives.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Integration Manager.
  • Incorporate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities, escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
  • Proven project management and application integration skills; PMP certification is a plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with knowledge of Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing (e.g., STP)
  • Experience with messaging systems and protocols is highly desirable
  • Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with problem-solving and analytical capabilities
