Talent Acquisition Assistant at DigiPlus Interactive Corp.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in casting calls, auditions and talent searches for Studio Projects (films, commercials, photo shoots, digital contents).
  • Coordinate with Directors, producers and creative teams to understand talent requirements.
  • Maintain a database of talents (actors, models, voice-over artists, influencers, etc.) for future projects.
  • Negotiate Rates and contracts with talent agents and managers.
  • Manage talent call sheets, schedules and event logistics
  • Ensure all talents-related paperwork (contracts, releases, NDAs) is completed and filed
  • Handle Travel and accommodation arrangements for talents when necessary
  • Serves as the secondary point of contact for talents and or their representatives
  • Foster strong relations with agencies, managers and talents
  • Address talent concerns and ensure a positive experience on set.
  • Track talent budgets and expenses
  • Maintain organized records of past and potential talent for future projects
  • Assist with studio operations as needed, including but not limited to coordinating with hair & makeup, and wardrobe teams

Qualifications:

  • Passion for creative industry and talent development
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last minute changes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong network of talent contacts and agency relationships is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of union and non-union talent regulations is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, google workspace and casting platforms (Breakdown services, casting networks etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent coordination, casting or agency work (entertainment, fashion, or media industry)
  • Graduate of any 4 year course Arts and Entertainment related would be preferrable
