We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our team as a Data Processor-Invoicing Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data from various sources into our database or spreadsheets.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data by cross-referencing and validating information.
- Detect and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
- Organize and maintain data records and files for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate reports and summaries from the data as requested by the client.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve any data-related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes.
