What are we looking for?

*Skills Required:*

  • Previous experience in AU commercial lending
  • Business process development and process documentation
  • Excel development
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including excel, outlook, and word
  • Excellent math skills, excel skills and understanding of loan computations for loan
  • Strong commercial sense to assess business needs, identify solutions and implement
  • Clear written communication
  • Time management for yourself and the Director's schedules

*What will you do?*

  • Reporting to the Director
  • Working with Borrowers to complete loan applications and establish the loans
  • Understanding of lending including:
  • o Interest calculations, loan agreements, lending policies, property titles, mortgage registration, and who the borrower, guarantor and mortgagor are
  • Credit analysis and loan processing.
  • Weekly teams meeting with video and screen sharing.
  • Summarize issues and questions for weekly meeting
  • Adjusting and request work as time permits, overall diligence
  • Answer phone calls, emails and resolve tasks or escalate questions
