  1. Obtain daily production schedule, parameters and/or formula card from Supervisor.
  2. Inform supervisor of the required ingredients and/or materials to be withdrawn from Stores.
  3. Prepare, gather, and monitor materials, ingredients, and other accessories needed by the line.
  4. Ensure that the FEFO system is strictly followed.
  5. Set up equipment (Fryma, SUP, Sachet & Jarline Filler) according to production schedule.
  6. Perform change of filters, gaskets, and other consumables.
  7. Provide timely feedback to Production Supervisor for readiness of line.
  8. Conduct weekly and monthly inventories of all ingredients in the workplace for proper accountability.
  9. Confirm CIP/cleaning schedule from Production Supervisor.
  10. Safeguard all Salad Aids ingredients.
  11. Assume position of Material Controller when needed.
  12. Follow manpower schedule given by supervisors and report whenever required by operations.
  13. Act as replacement for absent personnel in mixing, grinding, dumping, blending, cooking, and filling areas.
