What You’ll Do Complete client Request for Purchase/Proposal (RFP), Security, and Due Diligence questionnaires, and similar inquiries. Use automation and Generative AI tooling to respond to client inquiries efficiently and accurately. Securely send completed questionnaires and supporting documentation to clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across departments to gather, validate, and compile responses and supporting documentation. Maintain and continuously improve well‑structured, comprehensive knowledge domains in collaboration with knowledge SMEs, ensuring content is up‑to‑date, accurate, and categorized for efficient retrieval. Document new or update existing team procedures to facilitate support for new processes. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree. 1‑2 years prior industry experience. Comfortable working independently. Able to read and interpret technical documentation. Business‑level written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Highly Desired An interest in AWS cloud. An interest in Generative AI and LLMs. Willingness to become AWS certified.
