Overview

Staff4Me is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our creative team In this role, you will play a critical part in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create engaging and effective design solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivation
  • Design user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and align with user expectation
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concept
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design feasibility and functionality
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and new trend
  • Develop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and best practice
  • Contribute your expertise in user experience principles to improve our product offering
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including a strong portfolio demonstrating past work
  • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Ability to think critically and creatively with a strong focus on user-centered design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
