We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Technician to join our team in Iloilo. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related hardware.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine optimal equipment placement and cable routing.
  • Perform system troubleshooting, including diagnosing hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure proper cable management and adherence to safety standards during installations.
  • Upgrade and configure existing systems as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on how to operate their CCTV systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with clients to address specific security needs and recommend solutions.
  • High school diploma or vocational training in electronics, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.
  • Knowledge of CCTV system components, including analog and IP cameras.
  • Familiarity with network configurations and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work with tools and wiring safely and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to handle installation tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment.
  • Willingness to work on flexible schedules, including weekends, if required.
