Overview

Finance Reporting Lead Analyst, Vice President (Hybrid) – Citi, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role focuses on the preparation and analysis of schedules for US Regulatory Reports including FR2900, FR2915, FRY8 and other regulatory reporting to the Federal Reserve.

Responsibilities
  • Quarterly and semiannual review of regulatory schedules, including timely submission of reports to regulators via Reporting Central.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports through review methods and liaison with regulators on behalf of Citigroup, Inc.
  • Produce metrics for senior management highlighting key issues and remediation status; maintain and enhance related procedures and controls globally.
  • Ensure execution of project plans and milestones related to data acquisition, change management, communication, and issue resolution; escalate potential issues.
  • Actively lead and represent the Statistic Team in working groups, strategy planning, and reviews to identify and remediate action plans related to data sourcing and curation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements; coordinate control activities across business and functional lines due to changes in operation models.
  • Develop a comprehensive approach to all control programs and a robust control environment.
  • Perform key controls, review and facilitate MCA testing; identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Manage engagement with Internal and External Audit, and Regulatory entities for regulated reporting processes; ensure timely follow-up and escalation as needed.
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services preferred.
  • Global project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines and changing requirements.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
