RegInsight Local Regulatory Reporting Centralized Team Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice President Citi Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Overview Join Citi to apply for the RegInsight Local Regulatory Reporting Centralized Team Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice President role. This position is based in BGC Taguig, Philippines. Citi Finance is responsible for the firm’s financial management and related controls. The team partners with businesses and disciplines across controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury. Responsibilities Understand and translate Asia local regulatory report requirements, identifying commonalities and standards for classification in liaison with Finance SMEs and Technology colleagues. Deliver decomposed local regulatory report forms/schedules to identify critical information and its expected values. Submit and discuss documentation to source data from a central database, specifying the actual requirement, expected values, and checks required for data consumption. Discuss data requirements and issues with multiple functions such as country Finance, FRSS and Global Data Services teams. Deliver Mapping (Rules) Design, Documentation, Writing, and Review in accordance with identified requirements. Provide Data Quality reviews in partnership with other work streams in the Centralized Team; complete UAT and Parallel Testing through Test Scripts with other work streams. Support RegInsight LRR change management activities, requirements tracing and rules governance; lead or participate in transformation initiatives to support Finance’s journey to become Best-in-Class Finance. Assess risk when business decisions are made, drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations, adhere to Citi policies, maintain ethical conduct, escalate and report control issues with transparency. Qualifications 7-9 years of work experience in accounting (IFRS, Local or US GAAP) financial reporting or auditing. Regulatory Reporting experience in production or implementation is highly advantageous. Basel 2/ Basel 3 reporting experience is highly advantageous. Prior experience in IT projects for reporting is an advantage. Basic Oracle/SQL/MS-Access knowledge; advanced MS Excel; fluent English. Strong planning, organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work with multiple functions. Excellent analytical skills; detail-oriented with ability to handle large data volumes. University/College degree in finance/accounting/IT; CPA is advantageous. Ability to interpret and implement regulatory guidelines and professional standards; experience supervising or motivating team members; proactive and flexible team player.
