Role Summary The Quality Control (QC) Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all radar/UAV sub‑systems, components, and final assemblies meet the required quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory compliances. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with production and engineering teams to ensure defect‑free, reliable, and safe radar equipment delivery. Minimum 13 Years In QC/QA department Preferably in the organizations dealing with Radars, defence electronics, avionics, Sensors, or high‑reliability systems manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Quality Engineer (Radar Systems/UAV) Conduct incoming inspection of mechanical and electronic components (PCBs, housings, connectors) with MIL standard compliance Perform in‑process quality checks during radar subassembly and integration stages Supervise final testing, calibration, and environmental validation (EMI/EMC, vibration, temperature) Maintain QA documentation including NCRs, QCPs, SOPs, and audit records Collaborate with design/production teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement Core Competencies Expertise in electronics, RF systems, antennas, and radar technologies Proficient in ISO 9001, MIL‑STD, and defense QA protocols Skilled in using spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power meters Strong in interpreting engineering drawings and PCB layouts Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination skills Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
