A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers. Their duties include identifying customer needs, presenting products, answering queries, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They must maintain relationships with existing clients, track sales performance, and meet sales targets. - Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the industry related to the products or services being sold is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
