Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and promoting products or services. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and work towards resolutions.

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
