Key Responsibilities Power BI Dashboard Development & Data Analysis (60%) Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that support day-to-day decision-making. Support automation and reporting processes using Power Automate when applicable. SQL‑Based Data Extraction & Transformation (20%) Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources. Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Support (20%) Work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs. Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles. Solid knowledge of Power BI and SQL. Experience with Power Automate and ETL tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders. Experience in BPO or startups is a plus. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
