Responsibilities

• Lead the group in forward planning activities for the project and prepare a master schedule; in charge of budget estimating for the project.
• Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan.
• Supervise the project, organize the technical and administrative staff, and manage general contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Provide solutions to on-site concerns, maximize materials, labor, and equipment utilization at the lowest possible cost, and ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports; ensure safety and quality programs are implemented diligently; formulate and implement site rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• At least 4 years of experience in the related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas.
• Solid experience in managing housing projects.

Salary : Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

This is a remote position.

Project Manager | Full-Time | 40 Hours per week | With HMO upon starting | Tuesday to Saturday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, focusing on drawing approvals, liaising between departments, and ensuring delivery of high-quality elevator solutions on time and within budget.
• Coordinate design, development, and launch teams; ensure availability to reach milestones; manage client-side deliverables; keep stakeholders informed and on track.
• Manage project updates and task statuses with clients; keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• 1-2 years in a leadership/managerial role; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred; home-based requirements listed below.

Salary : Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
