What You’ll Do As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of every customer success story — delivering seamless installations of our Dealer Management System (DMS) and Value-Added Solutions (VAS) across the Asia region. Your day-to-day will include: Configuring systems to fit business needs Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth Go-Lives Providing hands‑on support pre‑ and post‑installation Providing assistance to our Customer Services team when required Ensuring every project meets Pentana’s standards for quality and efficiency What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who: Has strong knowledge of automotive business processes, Accounting, and/or DMS applications Enjoys solving problems and making complex systems simple for others Thrives in customer-facing roles and can handle multiple projects at once Communicates confidently and works well in collaborative, cross‑functional teams Is open to travel (local and international) and flexible with work hours when needed A background in automotive or software implementation is a big plus Why Join Us?
