Fella Health is a telemedicine clinic focused on men’s health and longevity. We aim to expand access to medical weight loss treatments and become a core healthcare provider for men over their lifetime, with emphasis on men’s health, longevity, mental health, and primary care. We are a growing startup with international expansion plans and a strong investor backing.

We are currently building a world-class team and are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join full-time remotely. You will report to the Head of Ops and work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to deliver data analysis and reporting that informs decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance Reporting Infrastructure: Audit data management and reporting processes; develop a data-driven reporting strategy with KPIs; build and maintain a robust reporting framework and standardized templates.
  • Support operations reporting needs: Understand data requirements, create custom reports and dashboards, and provide ongoing data support to optimize processes and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with growth and product to identify metrics, develop reporting templates, and provide regular performance updates.
  • In the near term, enhance data infrastructure: Assess and implement enhancements to improve data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
  • Develop self-service reporting capabilities: Create data dictionaries, query templates, and training materials to empower teams to access and analyze data.
  • Implement advanced analytics: Work with the data science team to apply analytics and machine learning for deeper insights and decision-making; identify high-impact use cases.
  • Foster a data-driven culture: Promote data-driven decision-making, provide training, host data reviews, and share best practices.
Minimum Qualifications (Need to have)
  • Data analysis expertise: 5+ years in data analysis and reporting roles with strong data management practices and analytics techniques.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, data warehouses, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Problem-solving: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaboration and communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated: Ability to work independently and drive data-driven initiatives.
Nice to have
  • Healthcare industry experience: Familiarity with healthcare data management and HIPAA/privacy best practices.
  • Machine learning and advanced analytics: Experience building predictive models and analytics solutions.
  • Performance marketing analytics: Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS).
  • Data visualization expertise: Skill in creating dashboards and visualizations that drive action.
  • Business acumen: Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations aligned with business objectives.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $18.5k-$25k/yr total compensation (salary + equity)
