Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage and track credentialing and enrollment applications for new and existing healthcare entities to ensure timely payer participation. Monitor enrollment status and expiration dates to prevent gaps in coverage and minimize revenue disruption. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and verify documentation for enrollment submissions. Maintain accurate enrollment data across credentialing software, payer portals, and internal databases. Act as the primary liaison with payers to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and expedite application processing. Partner with revenue cycle teams to address claim denials or delays related to credentialing gaps. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and internal policies. Monitor payer communications and portals for updates and take timely action to maintain active status. Generate reports to track enrollment performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Work closely with managed care leadership to enhance credentialing workflows for greater efficiency. Successful Applicant Successful Candidate Profile - Health Provider Enrollment Analyst Holds an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field. Has at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with exposure to reimbursement and managed care. Demonstrates strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, and database management. Communicates effectively and works well both independently and collaboratively. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with professionalism.
