We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Exigo Tech. As a Project Manager for Infrastructure and Applications, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering a variety of projects related to IT infrastructure and applications. This position requires a strong background in project management, technical knowledge of infrastructure and applications, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, clearly defining scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure hardware, software, and network infrastructure meet project requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure projects.
  • Application Development and Deployment: Manage projects related to application development, customization, and deployment.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure applications meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate testing and validation processes for applications.
  • Client Communication: Serve as clients' primary point of contact regarding project status and updates.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to discuss project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary skills and support.
  • Collaborate with department managers to optimize resource utilization across projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and applications.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews; provide regular updates to stakeholders, executive leadership, and project sponsors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically within an MSP environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
