Job Description- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the HORECAS customer base (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering services).
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the HORECAS sector, with focus on meat product accounts.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations to promote offerings, secure new accounts, and build long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and submit customized sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Create sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
- Maintain and strengthen acquired accounts through consistent communication, after-sales service, and timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional activities to stay competitive in the HORECAS market.
- Submit regular reports on market trends, customer demands, competitor updates, and sales performance to management.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service execution.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Stay updated with product knowledge on meat selling (cuts, quality grades, storage, handling, shelf-life, food service requirements, etc.) to confidently address client needs.
- MUST HAVE a motorcycle or car with a valid driver’s license.
- At least college level (college graduate preferred).
- Proven sales experience in HORECAS accounts, specifically with meat selling/distribution.
- Ability to prepare proposals and conduct sales forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy; able to use digital tools for reporting, presentations, and client communication.
- Willing to do field sales work and regular client visits.
- Flexible with deployment and schedule, including attending client events or meetings as needed.
