Customer Service Representative (With or Without BPO EXP ) Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via non-voice channels (email, chat, or web forms). Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues or elevate complex cases to the appropriate departments. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the system. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, data privacy regulations, and client‑specific requirements. Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support delivery. Participate in ongoing training and performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Senior High School graduate or higher With or without BPO Exp Strong written communication skills in English. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City. Preferred Skills: Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional and empathetic attitude. Experience handling chat or email support in a BPO environment is an advantage. Basic knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is desirable.
