What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions including architectural system design
• Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements and develop implementation plans
• Provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on best practices
• Support roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions
• Manage customer engagements as a project manager, including scheduling, coordination, and communication
• Advise on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team
• Promote yourself as a subject matter expert within the community
• Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions
• Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource providing product guidance

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical discipline
• 1–3 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar
• Proven experience implementing Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training
• Strong customer engagement history and demonstrated consulting and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across domains
• Experience translating customer requirements into solutions
• Excellent communication skills (workshop facilitation, written and verbal)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Technical proficiency: command line (Unix preferred), SQL, scripting, software configuration, and related skills
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell)
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles
• Experience with UAT testing and test-use case development
• Knowledge of cloud technologies
