RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
  • Support project execution and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives.
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance to team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Coordinate communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Help identify and resolve project challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

Have experienced migration projects before, i.e., migration of the source system from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Experience is a plus but not necessary, however, this would be the main project. The resource should be able to provide inputs/consultancy/assessment of the changes between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA as a source and what adjustments are needed in BW, if any.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering
  • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
  • Technical knowledge in package applications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
