Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and delivering value‑added insights and solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, IT environment, and industry‑specific challenges to tailor audit approaches and solutions. Lead a team of talented IT auditors in delivering high‑quality services, assessing IT risks, and enhancing the effectiveness of clients' IT governance, controls, and processes. Lead and oversee IT audit engagements from planning to execution, ensuring high‑quality deliverables within established timelines. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs to address key IT risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, IT governance, and emerging technologies. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls, identify control deficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage and mentor a team of IT audit professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to support their professional development. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within the firm, including cybersecurity, technology consulting, tax, and audit, to deliver integrated solutions and maximise client impact. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT audit and risk management to enhance service offerings and client value. Your role as a leader Lead from the front, acting as an exemplary role model of integrity for leaders at all levels; promote a strong sense of loyalty and followership, and energise others to perform at the highest level. Build a high‑performance culture by cultivating individual and team strengths; drive outstanding service, quality and stakeholder value, often through a mix of large cross‑business and/or cross‑border teams. Actively manage the business to deliver maximum value to Deloitte and to external stakeholders. Anticipate market and competitor trends to develop and deliver bold and innovative solutions that differentiate Deloitte. Requirements Proven business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the firm's IT audit practice. Strong leadership experience leading a dynamic IT audit and/or IT security. Proven track record of leading complex IT audit engagements, IT security assessment, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations. Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Studies, or equivalent. At least 10+ years of progressive experience in IT audit, IT security, IT risk management, or related roles, and experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus. Pursuing or certified with certifications such as CISA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, etc is preferred. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework), regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and executive stakeholders.
