About The Role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Support professional to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that provides assistance and troubleshooting to our customers on a wide range of technical issues. As a Technical Support representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical problems, including software, hardware, and connectivity issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of support activities
  4. Escalating complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary
  5. Continuously updating your technical knowledge to stay current with the latest products and technologies
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience
What we're looking for
  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO with technical support or customer service (B2B experience is a plus)
  • At least 6 months of experience in technical support or client account management
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, or SaaS products
  • High technical aptitude for resolving complex issues across various platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly understand new technical concepts and updates
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts simply
  • Calm and solution-focused, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to detail and task prioritization skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and in shifting schedules
  • Willing to render overtime if needed
  • Willing to work in-center
