This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of our data assets. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in data analysis, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for continuous improvement.* Conduct data analysis, classification, intake, and processing to support business needs.* Collaborate multi-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver data-driven insights.* Lead client outreach campaigns and respond to inbound data inquiries.* Perform historical audits and proactively scrub data for accuracy and completeness.* Drive process improvement initiatives to improve data quality and operational efficiency.## ## What We Expect* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.* 1–3 years of experience in financial services, data analysis or a similar role.* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with relational databases (SQL preferred).* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Superb communication and stakeholder management abilities.* Experience working with large datasets and data validation processes.## ## What Would Be Helpful* ## Experience in financial services or institutional investment data.* ## Progress towards CFA, CAIA, CFA Investment Foundations, or CAIA Fundamentals of Alternative Investments or an advanced business degree is a strong plus.* ## Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentPlease follow through by clicking the “Apply” link and submitting your application.
