Investment Data Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Access and extract data from internal systems
- Track investments using a data master tracker and Excel
- Download documents for investments and create KYA files
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a comprehensive tracker
- Liaise with investment teams and AML service providers (e.g. Alter Domus) as needed
- Ensure compliance with European KYC/AML requirements and rules
Requirements:
- Knowledge of European KYC/AML requirements and rules
- Familiarity with AML documentation for companies and individuals (e.g. AML letters)
- Understanding of investment/transaction related documentation for all asset classes (e.g. debt, infrastructure, RE, PE)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
