Responsibilities:

  • Access and extract data from internal systems
  • Track investments using a data master tracker and Excel
  • Download documents for investments and create KYA files
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a comprehensive tracker
  • Liaise with investment teams and AML service providers (e.g. Alter Domus) as needed
  • Ensure compliance with European KYC/AML requirements and rules

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of European KYC/AML requirements and rules
  • Familiarity with AML documentation for companies and individuals (e.g. AML letters)
  • Understanding of investment/transaction related documentation for all asset classes (e.g. debt, infrastructure, RE, PE)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
