Overview As a Client Reporting Analyst , you will be responsible for producing accurate, timely, and insightful reports that reflect the latest developments in investment programs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong writing and analytical skills, a background in finance or business, and attention to detail. You’ll have the opportunity to build deep expertise in investment reporting and contribute to key deliverables that support client communications. Key Responsibilities Complete assigned reporting tasks independently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support ongoing projects and contribute to the coordination of team-wide reporting activities. Maintain quality and consistency across all content and presentations. Writing investment commentary on new investments, cash flow activity, and valuation movements. Drafting summaries of developments across various investment programs. Preparing presentation slides with updates on portfolio performance and strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Investment operations, Financial or fund reporting, Client or stakeholder reporting, or Investment writing or commentary. Strong written communication skills, especially in summarizing financial data or investment performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with reporting tools or platforms is a plus. Preferred (not required) Experience writing investment commentaries or fund performance summaries. Exposure to Bloomberg, SAP, Informatica, or similar financial systems. Background in client servicing or investor relations. Familiarity with valuation movements, portfolio updates, or fund-level reporting.
