Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain applications ensuring performance, availability, and scalability. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with architects, technical leaders, and stakeholders to analyze requirements and create effective solutions. Troubleshoot issues, propose improvements, and enhance system functionality. Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Java/J2EE development . Knowledge of REST frameworks (SpringBoot, Jersey, RestEasy). Familiarity with Clean Code principles and best practices in software development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in engaging with Japanese business stakeholders (meetings, discussions, or documentation). Open to assignments in Quezon City or Cebu (hybrid work setup) . Preferred Qualifications Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1–N3 certification is an advantage, but not required.
