Background in Australian Mortgage and regulatory requirements is a must Able to learn various CRM and other web-based lender platforms/interfaces such as ApplyOnline, MyCRM, Mercury and the likes with good math skills Knowledge of property purchase and mortgage lending requirements, industry compliance guidelines, and the ability to understand and apply bank/lender policies and procedures is a must Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to communicate well both in written and spoken English. Effective planning and solid time management skills. Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City Key Roles and Responsibilities Liaise with customers via phone and email to collect details (fact find and budget) and documents for loan assessment. Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. Banks, Lenders, Accountants etc.), as well as internal departments and Senior Management as required. This includes ordering valuations and credit reports. Running loan scenario with bank staff. Respond to all enquiries professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. Provide relevant stakeholders, as appropriate, with timely and periodic updates regarding loan applications, by email and other accessible means of communication. Put together loan applications ready for submission to the bank. Adhere to various legal, compliance, credit, and customer service standards.
