Job Description We are one of APAC's fastest growing IT Distributors headquartered in Australia on the Gold Coast, with team members in NSW, VIC, and an office in Manila. Due to our phenomenal growth and increasing business demand, we are seeking a results-driven, self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS). We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Digital Marketer to be an integral part of our dynamic young team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for increasing our brand awareness through digital technology, generating leads and revenue via our marketing platform, and creating value for our strategic suppliers while maximizing the return on our digital investments. Requirements Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of our online channels (website and e-commerce across all brands). Develop and manage digital and online media strategies to build brand awareness and drive product demand. Collaborate with the CEO and COO to revamp the company website, online portals, e-commerce channels, and social media presence. Enhance customer experience and online sales for all brands. Create online content for distribution on key social media and digital channels. Increase website traffic and conversion rates. Assist in developing cost-effective marketing strategies to maximize results across all digital channels. Analyze campaign results and produce reports to help executives increase market intelligence. Experience: Tertiary qualifications (e.g., bachelor degree or higher) in marketing or business. Experience with digital marketing channels including paid search, SEO, SEM, display, email, and social media. Proficiency with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and keyword search/tracking tools. Experience measuring and reporting on digital marketing campaign results. Experience optimizing websites (WordPress) to improve usability, conversion, and lead generation. Digital campaign management experience, including planning, briefing, optimizing, and reporting. Strong commercial acumen and business understanding. Creative strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset. Desired Attributes: Tech-savvy.
