As a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Specialist within the Testing Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in enhancing our compliance and operational risk management. You will execute testing processes with precision and accountability, ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time. You will systematically evaluate situations to identify key information and improve problem-solving. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining open communication to align testing efforts. Your contributions are essential in delivering quality outcomes and driving results for our business. Job Responsibilities Execute testing processes meticulously, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within the stipulated timeframe. Evaluate the control environment to identify gaps, verify the design and implementation of controls, and assess their effectiveness. Apply analytical thinking to organize, compare, and evaluate various aspects of a situation, aiding in problem-solving and decision-making. Contribute to improvements in current testing methods, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align testing efforts and deliver quality outcomes. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Demonstrated expertise in executing testing processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Ability to evaluate control environments, identify gaps, and assess the effectiveness of controls. Strong analytical thinking skills to systematically organize, compare, and evaluate information. Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Experience in compliance or operational risk testing within financial services. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Proven track record of process improvement in risk management environments.
