Human Resource Associate | PSBank Talent Acquisition Job Purpose Ensures the timely and effective execution of the audits and other work. Job Duties and Responsibilities Audit Functions: Documents, evaluates and tests systems and controls to determine adequacy and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with policies, accomplishment of management’s objectives, reliability and integrity of information, economical use of resources, and safeguarding of assets. Supports the maintenance and execution of validation procedures; develops initial validation templates and executes preliminary quantitative validation. Prepares working papers to support audit procedures conducted and issues noted, for review by the Audit Manager/ Audit Division Head. Documents all observations regarding operations and transactions audited, highlighting weaknesses or discrepancies. Ensures completeness of working papers that document the audit procedures done and supports individual findings and recommendations. Develops and discusses findings, recommendations and timelines for clients and monitors the implementation status of agreed recommendations. Encodes unresolved issues in Exception Management (XMAN) System. Conducts special projects if assigned; performs model validation trend analysis. Ensures assignments are conducted in accordance with the IIA Standards and IAG Internal. Job Qualifications Graduate of Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Mathematics, or any business course. Preferably with 1 year of work experience, preferably from an external auditing firm or bank; college graduate may be considered. Certification Required Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Preferably Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). About Us PSBank is the thrift bank arm of the Metrobank Group.
