Job Description Lead and manage the development team, driving the design, development, and maintenance of Web, Cloud, and Enterprise applications. Act as a technical expert, providing hands-on development and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance application solutions that align with business goals and customer needs. Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating modern application technologies and best practices into the organization. Oversee the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, deployment, and ongoing support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align application strategies with organizational objectives. Champion Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to enhance team productivity and streamline project delivery. Stay updated on emerging technologies, leveraging advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure seamless integration of applications with other enterprise systems, focusing on security, scalability, and user experience. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in application development and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Expertise in Web, Cloud, and Enterprise Application Development with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks. Strong technical background as a developer, capable of providing guidance and support to the development team. Proven experience in leading large-scale application projects, including system integrations, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in Agile, DevOps practices, and other modern development methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders effectively. Deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and enterprise solutions to deliver innovative and scalable applications.
