Senior Email Strategist Company: ZADA ZADA AGENCY

We’ve generated over $100M in email revenue for top DTC brands. Now, we need a strategist to join our team.

This isn't a role for entry-level marketers. We're looking for a seasoned expert to own the complete retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands. You won't be testing button colors—you'll be driving significant revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Own the complete retention strategy for 7- to 8-figure brands, focusing on driving revenue through email.
  • Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, not just screenshots for a report.
  • Work with tools like Klaviyo, Recharge, Rebuy, Wonderment, and other retention platforms; leverage data from GA4 and Triple Whale or similar analytics tools.
Core Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand.
  • A holistic understanding of marketing beyond just the email channel.
