We are seeking a seasoned Port Engineer to oversee marine construction projects and lead a multidisciplinary site team. This role requires a strong background in contract administration and hands-on experience with complex infrastructure projects in active operational environments. Project Location: Cagayan De Oro Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a site-based team of engineers, inspectors, and support staff. Design, Planning and Construction of Marine Port Infrastructure and Structures such as Quay Wall, Coastal Walls, Docks, Ports, Piers, berthings, etc Administer construction contracts. Oversee the execution of marine or cross-disciplinary infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and compliance. Coordinate with contractors on works involving repairs, piling, concrete structures, and fluctuating quantities. Interpret technical specifications and provide guidance to site teams and stakeholders. Qualifications to be successful in the role : Licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience. Previous experience in port , pier , or terminal construction projects is a must Strong familiarity with construction processes, especially within the Philippine regulatory environment. Effective communication skills—both written and oral. Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach to managing challenges and working with diverse teams.
