Port Design Engineer (Structural)

Location: Quezon City

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Port Design Engineer with a strong background in structural design for marine and port facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the structural design of port infrastructure, ensuring safe, durable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review structural designs for quays, jetties, breakwaters, and port buildings.
  • Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with international codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical, coastal, and environmental teams during design stages.
  • Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design reports.
  • Provide design support during construction and review contractor submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in structural design for marine/port projects.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with international port design standards and guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
