Junior Accounting & Compliance Associate Numbers that Matter Inc. What You’ll Do Depending on your assigned track (Records-to-Report or Tax Compliance), you will: Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and tax filings. Support client onboarding and compliance documentation. Learn how to use systems like Oracle NetSuite , Zoho Books , eBIRForms , EFPS and other financial tools. Maintain organized working papers and help ensure clients stay compliant and audit-ready. Contribute ideas to improve how we serve clients and work as a team. What We’re Looking For Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience). Open to non-accounting graduates who are analytical, curious, and willing to be trained. Collaborative and humble – You have ideas and initiative, but you’re also willing to listen, learn, and grow with your team. Working Setup Hybrid work : Minimum 3 days onsite per week (including Mondays). 5 days onsite during probationary period Office located in Mandaluyong City .
