Your role: Make outbound calls to warm and recent prospects. Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Educate homeowners about our product, pricing, and application steps. Respond and support homeowners in scenarios: questions, concerns and feedback. Provide updates to application status. Handle underwriting requests. Distribute leads among Account Managers. Contribute to pilot programs and conversion‑focused initiatives. Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows. Help onboard new team members via shadowing sessions. Track and report key data for team dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly). Conduct QA checks and help monitor team calls. What You Need: Non-negotiables Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within financial services Strong business-to-consumer (B2C) written and communication skills Must have Salesforce experience Preferred Skills Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC (homeloan) product is a plus Demonstrated success in a customer‑facing role About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
