Outlines the detailed requirements for asolution and ensures the delivered solution meets those business requirements.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Business analysis❏ Prepare documents such as but not limited to, Business Requirement Document (BRD), SoftwareRequirements Specifications (SRS), solution diagrams, use cases, process flows, functionaldesign, wireframes, user stories❏ Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. ❏ Clearlyidentifies project stakeholders and establishes customer classes, as well as their characteristics❏ Understand how organizations function to accomplish their purpose and definescapabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals ❏ Modelscurrent and desired scenarios as directed.❏ Investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities, resulting to the recommendationof improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changedprocesses or systems❏ Assesses system impacts and provides gap and process analysis as well asproduct/service-related initiatives.❏ Plan, direct, and complete the analysis of business problems to be solved orproducts/services to be developed for delivery.❏ Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for IT-relatedprojects or change requests❏ Gathers analyzes, and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements,including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting variousbusiness channels.❏ Reviews resulting process models with stakeholders and gains resolution to resultant issues❏ Provides input to the requirements baseline and investigates, manages and appliesauthorized requests for changes to baselined requirements, in line with changemanagement policy❏ Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units tocreate requirement work products for solution providers.❏ Acts as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. ❏ Follows agreedstandards, applying appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.❏ Provides constructive challenges to stakeholders as required.❏ Has in-depth knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques aligned with BABOK ❏ Selectappropriate modeling techniques for meeting assigned objectives. ❏ Conversant with techniquescovering a full range of modeling situations. ❏ Presents the requirements document to the KeyStakeholders (Project Sponsor, Project Steercom, etc)Project Management❏ Ensures tasks, milestones, timelines, resources, and other details are clearlycommunicated to the business owners❏ Prepares and submits regular status reports to relevant stakeholders, indicating taskscompleted, risk assessment, issues encountered, and other items requiring managementaction❏ Manages projects according to approved project management standards to ensure agreedscope, schedule, budget, and objectives are metEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:❏ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology,Computer Science, or a related field is important.❏ Any Business Analysis certification issued by the International Institute of Business Analysis(IIBA) Global is a plus❏ CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or❏ CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:❏ At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and business process management ❏Demonstrated experience in delivering Business Analysis (BA) artifacts aligned to IIBA's BusinessAnalysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK)❏ Demonstrated ability in delivering business models using standards such as UML ❏ Experiencein using the following Business Analysis Techniques but not limited to Use Cases, User Stories,Prototyping, Process Modelling, Process Analysis, Business Rules Analysis, Workshops, Interview,Brainstorming, Focus Group, Data Modeling, Root Cause Analysis, Functional Decomposition❏ Understands the agile methodologies and has participated in a SCRUM team effort fordelivering solutions to requirements❏ Experienced in working on large-scale projects with demonstrated ability tosuccessfully manage multiple tasks at any given point❏ Adept in building relationships and partnering with the business as well as strongcommunication skills❏ Experienced in planning, design, and delivery of significant business technology projects❏ Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point,strong relationship-building skills & communication skills❏ Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry❏ Demonstrated leadership skills to influence key stakeholders and enable IT strategydevelopment and implementation❏ Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to partner with the business❏ Demonstrated experience in business demand management and prioritization ❏Re-engineering/ process improvement experience, leading and coaching qualityimprovement projects❏ Handled different types of IT projects like Software development (mobile and web app),Data Analytics,
