Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Business Analyst Head in Creating the Terms of Reference
    1. Develop wireframes, mind maps, and business rules.
    2. Document requirements in the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) template.
    3. Submit completed BRS to the Business Analyst Head for approval.
  2. Assist the Business Analyst Head in Creating the Technical Proposal Document
    1. Convert the MIND MAP (from BRS) into a Process Flow using the Process Flow template.
    2. Document details of subsystems in the Detailed Description of Sub-System Template.
    3. Develop WEB-BASED SYSTEM wireframes based on the BRS and document them using the designated template.
    4. Create Mobile-Web Access WIREFRAMES based on the BRS.
    5. Submit all documentation to the Business Analyst Head.
  3. Technical Specifications/ Tech-Solutions
    1. Convert the MIND MAP (from BRS) into a Process Flow using the Process Flow template.
    2. Develop WEB-BASED SYSTEM wireframes and document them in the WEB-BASED SYSTEM template.
    3. Develop Mobile-Web Access WIREFRAMES and document them in the Mobile-Web Access template.
    4. Prepare a System Training Manual and submit it to the Training Technical Writer.
  4. Assist the Business Analyst Head in the Process Flow Diagram Documentation
    1. Create a process flow from MIND MAP, Flow Chart, or BRS using the Process Flow template.
    2. Submit the Process Flow Diagram for approval.
  5. Business Requirements Specification (BRS) Development
    1. Gather and document business rules, wireframes, UI/UX inputs, and mind maps from Solution Architects, End-Users, and other relevant sources.
    2. Gather and Document network, infrastructure, and peripheral plans from respective teams.
    3. Document all findings and submit them to the Business Analyst Head for approval.
  6. Perform other tasks that the Immediate Superior or Company may duly assign.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in any Business, Information Technology or IT related course (ECE, COM-SCI, Computer Engineering, Business Administration major in IT Management).
  2. Work Experience:
    1. At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
    2. Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies is a plus.
    3. Strong knowledge of Business Requirements Analysis.
    4. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint, Whimsical or similar tools).
    5. Familiarity with BRS, and other technical documentation frameworks.
    6. Understanding of web-based and mobile application development processes.
    7. Experience with requirement-gathering techniques, process flow diagrams, and technical writing.
    8. Interpret business data using Excel and SQL, or data analysis and reporting.
    9. Facilitate meetings, requirement reviews, and change management discussions.
    10. Write user manual, training guide, FAQ's, and knowledge base.
    11. Experienced with MS Word technical writing tools.
    12. Ensures accuracy in documentation, process mapping, and requirement gathering.
    13. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
    14. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Others: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile, or Scrum Certification are a plus.Seniority Level
