Main Activities & Responsibilities:
• Proactively manages cash flow and budget to support sustainable operations and drive
long-term company growth
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department, ensuring adherence to standard
operating procedures and continuous improvement of financial processes
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the preparation of
financial reports related to budgets, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
expenses, and more
• Ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of accounting records
• Prepare and analyze both monthly and annual financial reports to assess performance and
collaborate with management on initiating, developing, and executing possible strategies
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify areas
of improvement in accounting processes and internal controls
• Verify and align operating expenses with approved budgets and user needs, ensuring
efficient resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with external laws and regulations to support the company’s business
objectives and mitigate legal and financial risks
• Ensure timely and effective support to all departments and employees based on approved
work plans to drive optimal business results
• Conduct cost benefit analyses for all capital expenditure proposals to ensure attainment of
value for the company
• Develops accounting and finance performance measures that align with the support the
company’s strategic decisions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 10 years in
leadership role
• With experience and background with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation, regulations and compliance
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis with previous job experience overseeing
finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of financial software and systems
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
