Strong command of English is also a must.We would also like to see people who take importance to Career advancement and lastly the Workplace Solutions Manager (WSM) should be able to increase KMC Solutions client’s portfolio to interact directly with Sales team and Marketing team.On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:Health Insurance/HMOEnjoy unlimited MadMax CoffeeDiverse learning & growth opportunitiesAccessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)Above standard leavesThe main responsibilities of a WORKSPACE SOLUTIONS MANAGER include:Workspace Solutions Relationship Manager’s main role structure:WSM & WSSrM will report directly to the Head of Workspace Solutions (VP)Prepare Powerpoint presentations and sales displays for Workspace SolutionsCoordination with Site Visit with Clients for Workspace SolutionsContact/ Coordinate/ Follow up with clients regarding the on­going BTS engagements or even on potential BTS opportunity in the pipeline.Attend client meetings with Workspace Solutions (AVP) for pitchesDeveloping quotes and proposals (but Head of Workspace Solutions/AVP takes on full accountability of the Costing/ P&L)Documents all notes from client’s meetings regarding requirements, design and build details (during implementation)Attend and coordinate internal meetings as well as supplier meetings (design and implementation proper)Outbound Lead GenerationAttending networking events to develop new potential BUILD­ TO ­SUIT leads.Maintain and grow business by interacting with top 1000 Corporations.Utilizing LinkedIn Premium to generate and develop client leads and relationships.Developing new Accounts by responding promptly and proactively to inquiries through personal network.Seeking referrals by expanding relationships with existing clients.Attending client meetingsAchieving targets: Targets TBDEnsuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account teamLeading project management activity including event planning Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new businessDealing with all aspects of a targeted outbound sales campaignOutbound calls to new potential customersActive presence on social networks to develop new client leads and relationshipsAssist in developing and executing strategic recommendations that drive revenueEnd to end sales activities for own Serviced Office leads (BCP, Disaster Recovery and Staff­ leasing leads should be handed over to VP for Sales for assignment)To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)With at least 3-year Sales experienceMust be good with numbers, internet-savvy, and enjoy winning businessStrong conversational skills and high level of spoken and written English competencyHas an experience or background on Fit-out and Construction, Design and Build & Project managementIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:Strategic, creative, motivated and independentAbility to establish rapport with potential customersStrong work ethic with an ability and willingness to execute a high volume of calls/emailsAbility to quickly learn and apply new marketing and business development techniquesPleasing personality and ability to work well with all departments within KMCS
