Inventory Management Specialist

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Key personnel between the client proponent and the MS team. The role involves overseeing inventory operations while coordinating strategy execution, resolving operational issues, and ensuring KPIs are consistently met. Takes charge of task delegation, performance tracking, and cross-functional communication to drive alignment and efficiency. Must be able to step in to perform operational tasks when needed.
Team Coordination & Leadership
* Act as the main Point of Contact between the client proponent and the team (downlines).
* Assign and manage daily tasks to downline members, monitor progress, and balance workloads.
* Collaborate with the Team Lead to escalate operational challenges and performance issues promptly.
* Address and resolve concerns within your level, ensuring a smooth workflow and team satisfaction.
Strategic Implementation & KPI Management
* Develop, communicate, and execute strategies designed to meet and exceed KPI targets.
* Analyze performance metrics and adjust plans to optimize results.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one support to guide downlines toward KPI attainment.
Inventory Oversight & Process Optimization* Oversee inventory control processes including netting, forecasting, inspection coordination, and reporting.
* Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure data integrity by validating reports, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventories.
* Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner with SCM staff, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, and Vendors to synchronize operations.
* Represent inventory needs in WMS/ERP discussions and lead adoption of improved tools or workflows.
* Facilitate communication with other departments to align forecasts, inspections, pullouts, and reporting cadence.
Problem-solving & Escalation Management
* Proactively monitor key processes and identify deviations.
* Provide root cause analysis for issues and execute resolution plans or escalate when needed.
* Serve as a mentor to team members, engaging them in problem-solving and growth.

8. Perform Inventory Audits• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• With experience in vendor/subcon management.
• Comfortable analyzing data using Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
• Served as a key point of contact—coordinating with clients and delegating tasks to the team.
• Skilled in identifying issues and implementing solutions via root cause analysis.
• Strong eye for detail with a focus on improving processes.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments.
• Organized multitasker who can work independently and take ownership. Ensure 100% timeliness and accuracy across all reporting and netting activities, from daily MATCODE processing to monthly OSI disposition analytics, while actively managing data quality and facilitating audits. Through strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and strategic insight, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing supply chain operations and strengthening data-driven decision-making. Collect and Analyze Supply Chain Data, Gather data on inventory, demand, and supply processes; scrutinize it to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Maintain Inventory Procedures and Master Data Integrity* Oversee ERP input accuracy, ensure consistent MATCODE/designation handling, and maintain trackers for netting, return, disposal, and aging items.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specially in Excel ( formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and PowerPoint
Strong Communicator and Collaborator
Detail Oriented with excellent problem-solving ability to investigate inventory gaps
Organized multitasker who can work independently
Can conduct basic root cause analysis for discrepancies

Salary Range is between 18 - 20k
