Seasonal Barista

Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Crafting a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items, following specific recipes and customer preferences.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and building positive relationships.
Order & Payment Processing: Operating cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems to handle transactions efficiently.
Workstation Maintenance: Keeping the coffee bar and seating areas clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Equipment Operation: Using and cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and replenishing them as needed.
Food Preparation: In some cases, preparing and serving food items like pastries, sandwiches, and soups.
Essential Skills
